Where do sessions take place?

Depending on your location and preference, we can train in‑person at a local gym or virtually via video. Online programs are delivered through an app you can open on your phone at any gym.

How soon will I hear back after filling out the form?

Is there a long‑term contract?

No long‑term contracts are required. We’ll decide on an initial commitment together (often 8–12 weeks) and adjust based on how things feel, your goals, and your budget.

What equipment do I need for online programs?

Most programs are designed for a standard commercial gym with free weights and basic machines. If you train at home, let me know what you have and I’ll recommend or adapt a program that fits your setup.
